Why Use TEC?
Much utility rate reduction can be achieved by using existing monthly utility bills only. This is referred to as the "top-down" approach. However, to truly optimize electrical rates, you also need to use the "bottoms-up" approach. In this approach, the actual energy end-uses are determined. The Energy Conservation Opportunity Report helps you prioritize and develop a plan to address these areas of waste. TEC can identify the most cost-effective technologies as well as utility rebate programs and appropriate vendors. If appropriate, TEC can provide full engineering and installation services.
